Agreed, I watched Doctor Sleep when it aired and although intrigued by it (not really disappointed), it is not anywhere near Kubrick’s masterpiece film….
That being said, it’s well worth a Halloween 🎃 watch!
Not a movie I’ve ever seen. Nor want to. Kubrick's classic may not be faithful to King's vision but let’s face it, these are masters of two different genres. If King were tasked with adapting a Kubrick movie to print, how faithful would that bastard be?
